Wayne Newton joins Seneca Niagara Casino and the City of Niagara Falls in celebrating the holidays. Before "turning on the lights" for the brilliant Niagara Holiday Lights display along Old Falls Street downtown, Newton will receive the key to the city from Mayor Paul Dyster and a gift from United Way of Greater Niagara. The fun starts at 5:30 Friday Night (12/7)!
