I'm just so tired!!!!  My heart just sank after seeing the video below.  This is ashamed!!!!  I don't understand what these Police Officers are thinking?  The dilema these days, for many Black people, is the fear involved now regarding any encounter with the Police!!!!  So many people are being killed and tasered by the police, that people are very skeptical about even stopping when the Police attempt to pull hem over....that's not to mention the Police asking someone to "GET OUT OF THE CAR"!!!!
