[VIDEO] Chris Brown Avoids Arrest In Amsterdam

Ok, So last night Breezy was in Amsterdam for a show, and decided to stop by a local coffee shop to enjoy some... "plants". Upon leaving, he hopped on his motorbike to head out, only to be pulled over by local authorities for riding without a license plate. The issue was resolved without his arrest, but the video of a citizen trying to add fuel to the fire gave me a laugh. Even funnier is Breezy's reaction. Check out the video, Courtesy of TMZ, HERE.
