Ultimatum Issued to Rex Ryan, Doug Whaley by Pegula?

Buffalo Bills coach Rex Ryan has apparently been issued an ultimatum by Terry Pegula, according to NFL.com. During Terry Pegula's 2015 post-mortem meeting, Pegula reportedly told Ryan and GM Doug Whaley that he was giving them the year to fix the team and get into the playoffs in the 2016 season.

The 2015 season ended with an 8-8 record.

Despite claims of an issued ultimatum, Jeremy White of WGR Sports Radio 550 reports the Bills and GM Doug Whaley are on the verge of signing a multi-year contract extension.

The Pegulas sent out an official statement last week saying that Ryan and Whaley would be back for the 2016 season
