Tyra Banks has been granted a temporary restraining order against the man she believes is stalking her.  According to TMZ.com, a hearing will be held on October 28th to determine whether the restraining order against Marten Williams, Jr. should be made permanent.  The former supermodel-turned-TV personality recently filed documents in Los Angeles County Superior Court claiming that Williams has a history of mental illness.  Banks says Williams believes that he, quote, "killed George Bush Jr. and that Michael Jackson is alive and living in Long Beach."  The TV host says Williams has left "ominous frightening letters and items" at her home in Beverly Hills, adding that he thinks they're getting married in January.
Marten Williams, Jr. was arrested for trespassing on Tyra Banks' property earlier this month.  He was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold, but Banks' reps believe he may have already been released.
