Today, God called home yet another angel, Dr Maya Angelou. In her honor Jazzy T reads a poetic selection for this "Phenomenal Woman".

As a young lady watching 'Poetic Justice' starring Janet Jackson and Tupac Shakur, I fell in love with this poem and often recalled the wisdom in Dr. Angelou's words when I needed reassurance in myself. It is my honor to recite this poem for our WBLK listeners and all who are grieving the loss of an inspiring woman!
