Would you mind one of these signs in your neighborhood? Last year Louie Blazer of Tonawanda made a push to get an 'autistic child area' sign on his street because his son, Brayden, is highly autistic. Louie never got any answers on the signs, and he wanted to know why the town would not put them in.

There are two different families in two different neighborhoods in Tonawanda dealing with the same situation; and after a long fight, they finally got their wish granted.

Why did it not go through the first time, though? According to WKBW:

I think it was just a miscommunication.  I think one of the departments thought the rest was doing it...we didn't hear about it until just recently and realized it wasn't done, so we're going to get it done", says the town Supervisor.
