Today’s Black Pearls For Parents

Every weekday morning at 10am, I bring you a daily affirmation to remind parents of some of the things that we may seldom forget about in our daily interaction with our children.

This morning’s entry was “Unconditional Love”. So, as you go through this day and every day, promise yourself that you will pledge not to hold on to your wrath after an appropriate expression of it. Nor will you over punish your child by acting like he or she is the greatest disappointment in your life. Pledge to take a look at your own anger and think about how to make a learning situation out of a disappointment.
