Tiger Woods’ Former Caddie Apologizes Over Racial Slur

Getty Images

There’s word that pro golfer Tiger Woods has accepted the apology of his former caddie Steve Williams who made a racial slur over the weekend during a caddies’ awards party in Shanghai. The two shook hands.  Woods said the two talked it out.  He’s in Sydney for the start of the Australian Open at the Lakes Golf Club.

I would like to know what caused the beef and why Williams was mouthing off.  It doesn’t surprise me.  When you are with a group friends or at a party, you have a tendency of getting loose and say something you will regret.  Most of us have been there and done that.  Williams had to know it would be picked up by the media.  We live in a very transparent society when it comes to celebrities. Just want to know when will the madness stop.
