3 Buffalo Children Found Naked, Dirty, Hungry in West Side Home [Video]

I hate to hear about stories like this! Three children were found in horrific conditions in a home on the West Side!

Buffalo Police say the home, an apartment on 15th street, was filled with trash, had no food and a temperature of 90 degrees!

The children were found in their own urine and feces. Terrell Hagans and Maureen Fabre, who are the parents of at least two of the kids, are facing three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and will face a judge on July 19th, according to WIVB.

I could never understand how parents could treat their own children like trash, it's just heartbreaking!
