University District Councilman Rasheed Wyatt Teamed Up with Bailey Check Checking to Provide Some Free Halloween Fun for the Children

It was an unbelievable and unexpected sight when literally hundreds of University District parents showed up at Bailey Check Cashing, 3101 Bailey Ave., for a Free Halloween Community Event, sponsored by University District Council member Rasheed Wyatt.

Councilman Wyatt arranged Horse Drawn Hay Rides for the children, right ion Bailey Ave., as well as Free Pizza, Wings, Donuts, & Free Pumpkins inside, with an opportunity take Free Photos as well.

It was loads of fun and everyone was able to participate inside o\and out as Friday was the last of the warmer evenings headed into a colder season.
