According to TMZ, Jimmy Winfrey, the man who was charged with shooting up Lil Wayne's tour bus, is snitching on Birdman! Dang, we all knew they were beefin' but is it that serious?!

So Jimmy claims in new court docs he shouldn't be the only one behind bars for the shooting, saying "[Birdman's] financial dispute with [Lil Wayne] is what ultimately led to the shooting.[Birdman] should be held liable as a party to the crime."

I hope they can settle their differences like men, there is so much history between them and it would be a shame if their situation ends in death!!

Mariah Carey had dinner with her divorce lawyers this week to come up with a plan speed up her divorce from to Nick Cannon, who's dragging his feet in their divorce.
