The Strangest Thing You Have Ever Seen [#BIGDUMMYFILES]

I look at a lot of sites and find different sources of strange outrageous behavior to bring to you every night with THE BIG DUMMY FILES at 7:50.  This right here may take the title for being the strangest thing I have even seen in my life.  In Hsinchu City, Taiwan you have a man using the urinal and another man kneeling behind him smelling him.  This is weird, what is this the world coming to? The only rational reason for this man doing this is he was doing a public service and checking for gas leaks....
