Every weekday morning at 10am, I bring you a daily affirmation to remind parents of some of the things that we may seldom forget about in our daily interaction with our children.

This morning’s entry was “Refueling”. On this day, make a list of five activities that restore and replenish your spirit. There might be small daily things you can do now (luxury baths, yoga stretches, painting), as well as more time-consuming getaways (museum visits, movies with friends, or a couple of hours at a favorite café or park with a good book) to fit into your schedule later.
