The Malaysian Flight 370 Disappearance Doesn’t Make ANY Sense!!!!!

How is it humanly possible that a plane SUPPOSEDLY crashed in the water and there were no alerts from any of the plane's  'STATE OF THE ART" CRASH DETECTION EQUIPMENT as well as NO PASSENGER CELL CALLS OR TEXTS OR ANY COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER.  How is this possible?

...And the question becomes more prevalent, disturbing, and MYSTERIOUS after watching the following video footage!!!!

...FOOTAGE OF A PLANE CRASHING IN WATER FILMED BY A PASSENGER!  (not only was this passenger able to exit the plane after it crashed in the water, someone was able to open an emergency window or door)... WHY WAS NONE OF THIS POSSIBLE ON FLIGHT 307?  My guess is a "COVER-UP"!
