“The Love We Had” Dru Hill Vs. The Dells The Remake Retake [VIDEO]

A bunch of guys from Harvey, Illinois by the name of The Dells released a song back in 1971 called The Love We Had (Stays On My Mind). The single soared on the R&B charts and became a top 10 hit for the group.

It is often said that musicians and singers have their influences when it comes to the music they make and their careers; well the 90’s group Dru Hill took a swing at the Dells classic recording and really did it justice in my opinion—but the question is what do you think?
