The Lodge on W. Chippewa Street was shut down by the city last week after gun shots were fired stemming from a fight at an all white party that broke out inside the bar and restaurant. The brawl apparently spilled over into the street and that's when gun shots went off.

Tuesday the business was allowed to re-open to the public; however, there are several restrictions The Lodge will have to abide by, according to WIVB.com.  The venue will close nightly at 11 p.m. and is not allowed to rent to a third party.

One person was taken to the hospital and another was taken to jail after the incident at the Lodge. What are your thoughts?
