New evidence suggests that the LAPD tried to hide key details about the case from Biggie’s family attorneys due to the fact that two of their own, officers David Mack and Rafael Perez – were possibly involved in the murder! Video footage reveals sworn statements from Perez’s cell mate, from his time at an LA-county jail that allege that Perez and Mack were closely tied to Death Row Records and that Perez was at the scene the night of the tragic shooting.
