Texas Judge Who Beat Daughter With Belt Will Face No Charges [VIDEO]

A Texas judge who was video recorded viciously beating his then 16 year old daughter with a belt will face no charges. The reason for the beating? His daughter allegedly downloaded music from an illegal music sharing website.

"We believe that there was a criminal offense involved and that there was substantial evidence to indicate that and under normal circumstances ... a charge could have been made," Jayroe said. He said the district attorney determined he couldn't bring charges, and that police would discuss the case with federal prosecutors even though he doesn't believe federal charges would apply. Where is the justice for this young girl?  Hopefully Texas will do the right thing and investigate this Judge further to see if he is fit to serve behind the bench.
