If you missed the Taste of Home Cooking School this past Saturday (November 10), you missed an extraordinary display of culinary prowess by specialist Michael Barna. Not to mention the sights and smells of the holiday cooking season! The UB Center for the Arts atrium was transformed into a holiday shopping marketplace, but the main event was to be held on the main stage. Two separate demonstrations took center stage.

If you attended the event you received a free Taste of Home Magazine, to follow along.

Recipes included:

Light Chocolate Chunk Coffee Cake

Steak and Blue Cheese Bruschetta

Mini Maple Cinnamon Rolls

Braised Beef Short Ribs

Veggie Lasagna

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Second show:

Spinach, Brie and Bacon Mini Quiche

Pulled Pork Tostadas w. Chipotle Cream

Pineapple Chicken Salad

Upside Down Apple Pie
