After beefing with each other on Twitter, R&B songbirds Tamar Braxton and K. Michelle are officially ending their feud at the 2015 BET Awards on Sunday (June 28). How convenient.

Entertainment Tonight has the scoop on Tamar and K. Michelle’s recent reconciliation. In addition, the two women will perform together onstage at the star-studded event. There's no word on what the duo will sing at the awards ceremony.

“There is a very special performance that is coming up,” Tamar reveals to ET. “With the whole women empowerment and everyone coming together, and everyone coming from a place where we can all understand each other, I’m doing a very special performance with myself and K. Michelle.”

"In the past, we’ve both had a lot of disagreements, I guess life in general. This is actually the first time we’ll be meeting each other," she explains further. "I’m just really excited because I’m really about girls sticking up for each other and being there for each other, and it’s time for all the nonsense to stop and let’s just empower each other and be great.”

When news broke of Tamar and K. Michelle squashing their feud, some question whether this was a publcity stunt since this is happening, coincidentally, at the BET Awards.

In response, Tamar jumped on her Twitter timeline to tell her fans that people change and that it was time for both of them to move forward in a positive direction. Meanwhile, K. Michelle seems excited about performing with Tamar and putting their differences aside.

"There really is no better feeling than letting go of hurt and anger. I feel like a load has been lifted off of me and our fans," she tweeted.

The 2015 BET Awards will air live from Los Angeles on Sunday at 8PM ET.
