It's a new year so of course we have new BIG DUMMIES ! According to FOX news Tracy Browning, a 38-year-old Louisville woman, was jailed after she allegedly tried to purchase several iPads with a food stamp card, then fled to another location where she tried to make the same transaction.

This lady had to be on some kind of drug to actually think that she could purchase electronics

I recently read an article about how Florida and Kentucky are requiring anyone who files for welfare benefits to pass a drug test. This got me thinking, should New York State do the same?
