An 18-year-old was shot and killed Monday night in Buffalo!

Brandy Rusher was among four others injured in the shooting that left two dead.

I just don't understand.  How does a 16 Year-Old boy end up dead in a vacant lot ANYWHERE in Buffalo and no one knows anything??????  That's simply called BS...and you know what I'm saying. Isn't the Buffalo Community sick and tired?  A boy who has barely begun his life has had it snuffed out by SOMEONE WHO IS WALKING AROUND OUR CITY...

According to WGRZ.com News, Niagara Falls Police shot a 33 Year-Old man inside if his home.  Police were attempting to serve a search warrant.
