Photographer Michael Vazquez is suing hip-hop star Kanye West claiming his security detail beat and battered him during an event in May of 2008. Apparently Vazquez was at an event to photograph Kanye, who was paid $1 million dollars to appear and perform.
Poor Kanye, more than a year after his antics at the MTV Video Music Awards he's still dealing with the backlash from the public. This time it was during his performance at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City.
