Now here’s a jam that takes me back to my last year of High School. The year was 1982 and I was graduating from Booker T. Washington High School in my hometown of Tulsa Oklahoma.

Now around this time there was a group of brothers who formed a band named after three main streets of what was known as Black Wall Street (Greenwood, Archer, & Pine),l their music put Tulsa on the map for the genre of Funk.

Last night was an outstanding evening to get funked up in Buffalo. George Clinton celebrated his 70's birthday in Buffalo and performed like he was still in his 20's. Great crowd from WNY and Canada who came out to enjoy the music of Parliament/ Funkadelic. I had a great view for both watching George,and his fans. I had an outstanding time hosting the concert.
