Just weeks before Rihanna is to kick off her Diamonds World Tour in Buffalo, New York, she had a scary encounter with a crazed fan which resulted in RihRih cutting her leg, and sending her security guard to the hospital!

While in London, a fan reportedly threw a bottle at the singer and was heard screaming something or another about Chris Brown
