Dash Cam Video

I wondered where the car was, from watching the initial video which was released to the public of the Walter Scott Shooting. This video... JUST RELEASED... tells "The Rest of The Story".  Does this change things? WATCH:

Police Officers are often ridiculed for handing out Traffic Related Tickets rather than pursuing the REAL CRIMINALS...even I've said that.  But after seeing this video of a guy engaged in a "shootout" with an Officer... I have to say... If I were an Officer...
