Super Bowl Dedication from Buffalo Bills Safety Bryan Scott
Want to go to Super Bowl XLVI in Indianapolis? Buffalo Bills safety, Bryan Scott is dedicated to giving you the chance.
Aside from football, one of Bryan Scott's passions is music. When he was eight years old, he taught himself how to play piano, drums and saxophone. Faced with some time off during the NFL lockout, Scott collaborated with his brother Brandon Scott to record his debut single, "Dedicated," which "showcases his vocal, instrumental and songwriting capabilities. The inspirational song encourages people to "aim for the moon" and stay dedicated to their passions.
"I am blessed to have passions that keep me focused and motivated even during challenging times; but I know too many people never get a chance to live in their own passion," Scott said. "I wanted to make 'Dedicated' more than an expression of my own passion, more than a single people can jam to, but also a vehicle for bringing people closer to living out their own passions and fulfilling their dreams."
The music video for "Dedicated" features some of Scott's music loving NFL friends and competitors, like Atlanta Falcons' Ovie Mughelli and Stephen Nicholas, Buffalo Bills' Arthur Moats, and Jacksonville Jaguars Pro Bowl Montell Owens.
Included in the launch of his single, "Dedicated," is Scott's "Show Your Dedication" contest, which encourages fans to produce and submit their own advertisement or promotional video that demonstrates their own passion and dedication. The winner will receive a "Big Game Prize Package," which includes two tickets and an all-expense paid trip for two to Super Bowl XVLI in Indianapolis, plus $5,000 to help fund your passion.
The contest winner will also get a feature in the compilation music video for the single. Entries must be submitted by December 5, 2011, and finalists will be announced December 20, 2011 on TeamBScott.com. The finalist with the most votes by January 3, 2012 will be selected as the "Show Your Dedication" winner.
