Sterilize Parents And Give The Death Penalty To Rebellious Children? [VIDEO] [POLL]

With the growing number of teenage pregnancies and some women just having babies to pimp the system, some people have been suggesting that parents who do not support their children or who have had their parental rights taken away by a judge be sterilized.

In fact, Republican Charlie Fuqua, Arkansas Legislative Candidate is proposing just that in his latest book. He also calls for the child death penalty for rebellious children--a bit extreme don't you think?

Is this man on to something or is he like a lot of Republicans who are tired a footing the bill for those who refuse to put forth the effort to do for themselves instead of always relying on the system and the government?
