Smog Alert in Effect for Most of Western New York

The Department of Environmental Conservation has issued a smog alert for most of Western New York until 11 p.m. tonight according to the Buffalo News.

The DEC says that the air quality is expected to be poor most of the day, so people with breathing problems should take notice and proceed with caution if they are going to be outside!
