Should The Speed Limit On The 198 Be Dropped To 30 MPH? [Poll]

What are your thoughts on the speed limit being reduced to 30 mph? Being new in Buffalo, I am still exploring and I found the 198 when I was going to Delaware Park to walk around the lake. Well, I noticed that recently the speed limit had been lowered to 30 MPH and traffic was moving so slow it felt like I was walking! Check out what other WNYers have to say below and vote! I understand that it was reduced after a boy was killed on the parkway, but is 30 mph too low?
