Twenty one year old , Dylan Roof , who shot and killed 9 people inside an AME Church while they attended bible study trial has been delayed once again. A judge has pushed his trial back until January 17, 2017 to give doctor's a chance to conduct psychiatric testing that takes 2-6 months according to his defense attorney.

So he is facing the death penalty for 9 murders and also faces 33 hate crimes for targeting the victims because of their race.

Roof's lawyers says he will plead guilty if the death penalty is taken off the table.

Tonight's question: Should the prosecutor remove the request for the death penalty, in exchange for  a guilty plea?
