Should the Government Ban Texting While Walking

So tonight's topic is coming from something I saw on the news last night.  Texting while walking can now become illegal in New Jersey if this bill sponsored by a Democratic assemblywoman Patti Lampitt passes. You could receive a $50 fine or spend 15 days in jail if caught.
