SHOULD NYS ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS BE ELIGIBLE FOR COLLEGE TUITION ASSISTANCE?

Some NY Lawmakers want to add 25-Million Dollars to the State budget so that Illegal Aliens can go to college.  But other Lawmakers are opposed to Illegal Immigrants being eligible at all for New York's College Tuition Program.

What do you think? Should NYS Illegal Immigrants be eligible for help through the NYS College Tuition Program?
