Should Long Hair Be Banned In The NFL?

Another stipulation is up in the air regarding Professional Football... HAIR!!!!  Just recently, and in the past, there have been several players who complained about their hair being pulled and used as a means of tackling them and they want a ruling such that HAIR IS NOT A PART OF THE UNIFORM AND CANNOT BE TOUCHED!!!!
