Rochester Police Officer Punches + Slams Pregnant Woman To The Ground-Why? [VIDEO]

This has got to be one of the most disgusting situations I have watched in quite some time.

A Rochester police officer is videotaped with a handcuffed pregnant woman when he punches her in the back of the head and then slams her to the ground face down!!!

Was this unfair treatment of a civilian and should this officer be dismissed from the police department for his actions?
