Rochester, NY Residents are Claiming Racism Is At The Center of, and Motivation for, an Incident Involving A Rochester Police Officer Punching a Pregnant Woman In The Head While Attempting To Cuff and Arrest Her [FULL UNEDITED VIDEO]! Was The Officer’s Treatment JUSTIFIED or EXCESSIVE?

Brenda Hardaway, of Rochester, NY, is facing jail time and Probation for an incident that took place in Rochester where she has been charged with resisting arrest and assault involving a Rochester Police Officer.  The Officer was injured while attempting to handcuff and arrest Hardaway.  (According to the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle)

Based on numerous rants on Facebook & Twitter, many Rochester, NY residents are OUTRAGED over Brenda Hardaway being sentenced to jail over the incident and it being determined that the Officer did nothing wrong, although he is seen punching the woman in the head, beyond her informing the Officer that she was pregnant.

According to new reports, the arrest of Hardaway, 21, was caught on video Aug. 27 when she intervened as police were trying to arrest her brother. In the video, Hardaway repeatedly states she is pregnant as she struggles with Rochester police Officer Lucas Krull, who eventually strikes her, takes her to the ground, and arrests her.
