93.7 WBLK is proud to co-sponsor the REACH OUT & LIFT UP campaign featuring Buffalo's own Jazz Great WILL HOLTON, Saturday December 3, 2011 at the Colored Musicians Club, 145 Broadway St. in Downtown Buffalo.  This FREE event kicks off at 2pm with a “Meet and Greet Autograph Session” with Will Holton and the musicians of the Colored Musicians Club.  The goal of this campaign is to help youth who might face obstacles such as bullying or peer pressure; the campaign encourages youth to reach for their goals and stay inspired to follow through with their dreams.  During the event there will also be fun workshops for kids and refreshments for everyone!  Participants of the event include Urban Christian Ministries, NICYO, Miss Barbara’s School of Dance, Read to Succeed of Buffalo, Young Miss Buffalo Scholarship Program, and the Young Miss Boriquen of WNY Scholarship Program.

Right after this event, make sure you check out  Will Holton again at the Tralf Music Hall, 622 Main St. Buffalo, NY, for the Sophomore CD release and first LIVE recording of “Deuce."  This event is also December 3rd, and begins at 7:30pm with the show starting at 8:30pm. This is not a free event, but WBLK has tickets for you to win!  Some proceeds of this event go to Young Miss Buffalo and Miss Boriquen of WNY Scholarship Program, so keep it locked to 93.7 WBLK for your chance to win tickets and come out to support good music and a good cause.  If you have any questions, please call   716-852-9393  ex 322.
