Ray J Calls Cops, Has Cops Called On Him, Over Breakfast Fiasco

TMZ is reporting that Ray J had some breakfast beef this morning at Kitchen24 in Hollywood, California! It all started when the bill came, an employee called police saying Ray allegedly didn't want to pay his bill. But police also got a call from Ray saying his waitress allegedly wouldn't give him a receipt! The manager wouldn't give him his car keys and a tow truck was called! I guess the manager thought Ray was going to Momma Dee them and dine and dash!
