Singersroom.com is reporting that Randy and Jermaine Jackson are not happy about an upcoming Michael Jackson tribute concert being promoted by their mother.

Randy and Jermaine love the idea of a tribute concert but feel the timing of it is in poor taste saying "While we wholeheartedly support the spirit of a tribute that honors our brother, we find it impossible to support an event that is due to take place during the criminal trial surrounding Michael's death.”

Katherine Jackson is quoted as saying "If my son was here today, he would feel the same way, and so I'd like to say thank you very much for helping to keep my son's legacy alive."

The concert is scheduled to take place on October 8th at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff Wales. The concert will also be broadcasted live via pay-per-view as well as in theaters around the world.
