Pope Francis Performs ‘Half Miracle’?

Ok... right of the bat...I'm asking the question.... WHAT THE HECK IS A HALF MIRACLE????  HUH!!!!!?

Supposedly, The Pope performed a 'Half-Miracle" when he kissed a vial containing a Saint's blood.  It appears half of the vial of blood liquified and that qualified as a 'MIRACLE'!

Hmmmmm... how do you store a vial of blood.... let's see... FREEZE IT MAYBE?... or maybe it was warmer after being removed from the vault it's housed in  So, if that's the case, wouldn't the blood eventually begin to liquify once it's taken out of refrigeration or exposed to a warmer atmosphere???

Well why don't YOU make the determination... Miracle or NO MIRACLE....
