Poll: Is 'STOP & FRISK' the Answer to Ending City Crime?

The issue of Relations between the Police and the Black Community was risen during last night's Presidential Debate between Donald Trump and Hilary Clinton. Donald Trump commented that he feels bringing back Stop & Frisk would cut down on crime and get guns out of the Black Community.

Stop & Frisk is considered unconstitutional however because of the number of innocent Black people who were being stopped for no reason other than the Police having the RIGHT to 'Stop and Frisk' ANY BLACK PERSON to check for Drugs & Guns ... it was rampant in Racial Profiling as Stop & Frisk focused primarily on Black People living in the Inner City. Donald Trump feels "stop & Frisk' should be re-implemented.
