MSN.com is reporting that NYPD Sgt. Kizzy Adonis has been stripped of his badge and will be facing disciplinary charges, for failure to supervise, an internal charge. Adonis is quoted as saying, "the perpetrator's condition did not seem serious and ... he did not appear to get worse." Per what seems to be standard in the deaths of African-Americans at the hands of police, a grand jury decided not to indict Officer Daniel Pantaleo in the death.
