Police Are Not “Farting” Around As They Search for… “THE SERIAL POOPER”!

There's a guy on the "LOOSE" who sneakily and continuously defecates on the front lawns of unsuspecting Home Owners in Houston, TX.  "The Serial Pooper" normally "releases" his attack in the "wee" hours of the night / morning and has been caught on surveillance camera by one of the home owners who has been a "poopular repeat victim"!!!

The Serial Pooper does seem to have some sense of Personal Hygiene as he DOES bring his own paper toweling... however he's not very polite...he leaves the paper behind on each of his victim's lawns!
