OverDose Will Perform at Buffalo Niagara Summer Jam!

For the past three months, we have been highlighting some of the best Buffalo/Niagara Falls artists in a contest called "The B.V.O." (Buffalo's Very Own). The objective of this contest is for local artists to have an avenue to get air play on WBLK by having fans/family/friends/supporters log onto WBLK.com and cast votes for their favorite songs. Artists get to really see who has a fan base and who doesn't.

For the past month I have upped the stakes in the B.V.O. and offered an opportunity for the contestant with the most overall votes to perform at Buffalo Niagara Summer Jam. The response was big, but one group in particular had more votes than any other group/artist in the B.V.O. -- OverDose!

Congratulations to these three teenagers, who will have the chance of a lifetime to perform in front of all of Western New York. The Buffalo Niagara Summer Jam is on July 29, and they will be opening up for Ca$h Out, Gucci Mane, Jadakiss and Future. This was a huge opportunity for ALL ARTISTS, and these young ladies did not take it for granted.

Listen for their song to spin during The Only Night Show That Matters during the next two weeks, as well as other artists who had a huge amount of votes. Regular B.V.O. submissions are still being taken right here, and the contest will resume on July 30th.
