Our Curls, Inc. Launch Event

Our Curls Inc. is having their launch event this Sunday July 26, 2015 at the Continental School of Beauty in Buffalo, NY from 4 pm to 7:30 pm. Our Curls Inc. a nonprofit organization that helps women, particularly women of color, dealing with cancer. They provide women battling with cancer the ethnic beauty services. Along with beauty services, Our Curls, Inc. also seeks to provide emotional support to women struggling with cancer. Their No Shame Campaign is designed to show women that they are beautiful the way they are.

This campaign also provides women with support groups and helps women find the right services for them. Our Curls, Inc. would like to provide ethnic wigs, and and beauty services to women of color. This organization was founded by Cherrise Walker-Betts who is also a cancer survivor. This event will feature a Wig making/Styling Contest. This event will have free makeovers, massages, and manicures. This is a family event that will have carnival games, giveaways, performances, and crafts.
