NFTA Problems? Have You Waited for a Metro Bus That Never Showed Up?

Ellicott District Councilman Darius G. Pridgen said that he has received numerous calls about cancelled NFTA buses on various Metro routes throughout the city. If you know someone or have waited on a bus that didn't show up, he wants to hear from you.

Pridgen stated, "I have heard from the union and the NFTA officials, now I want to hear from the people."

He says they are short on drivers and employees say they have been working without a contract for years.  If you have waited for cancelled buses, go to his Facebook page or call 716-851-4980 ASAP.

Pridgen fought hard to keep the bus route going down Walden to the new super Walmart and I know he will fight for this also!

I can't imagine waiting for a bus trying to get work. Hopefully this problem can be resolved soon!
