My grandmother always use to say,  "I don't have to wear a seat belt in the back". We all thought she was just being stubborn but turns out she was right.

According to a new study, NY law doesn't require seat belts for all passengers in the rear of the vehicle if they are older than 16 years of age. Some feel this could be dangerous for teens who don't want to wear a seat belt when or if a collision takes place.
