Mother Charged After Placing Son In Oven

This is one of the most bizarre stories I have read in quite some time. Now we have a mother who placed her three year old son in her kitchen oven; how insane is that? I have said it time and time again and will continue to say it; the black community is suffering from mental illness and no one is sounding the alarm! How can a mother do such a horrible thing to her own flesh and blood in her right mind?
