More Than 700,000 People Sign Petition to Boycott Target Due to Transgender Bathrooms

A conservative Christian group, the American Family Association, has already gotten 744,800 signatures on their petition to boycott Target, as of Tuesday afternoon!

The group is concerned about Target's policy on transgender bathroom rights, which the group says is problematic because "a man can simply say he 'feels like a woman today' and enter the women's restroom," according to WGRZ.

Target responded with, "As a company that firmly stands behind what it means to offer our team an inclusive place to work — and our guests an inclusive place to shop — we continue to believe that this is the right thing for Target."
